BIT3252A/D
Low Cost LED Driver Built-in 60V/30V NMOS
BIT3252A/D is a high frequency PWM controller which integrating the required functions for a boost converter in a small SOP-8 package. A low 0.2V feedback voltage makes the system highly efficient, and the over voltage protection function makes the system reliable. BIT3252A is built-in 60V/1.2A MOS and BIT3252D is built-in 30V/1.2A MOS. It saves the PCB space and simplifies the circuit design. With CMOS process which greatly reducing the operating current, BIT3252A/D is very suitable for LED backlight application.
