A波段紫外光--清淨空氣

照射UV-A於光觸媒上,會發生光催化效應,釋放電子(e-)空穴(h+),並與空氣中的水和氧氣結合,並降解甲醛等有機污染物,最終生成二氧化碳和水。在過程中光觸媒不會損耗,如同植物的光合作用一般只要UV-A光照就可以持續降解甲醛。另外,依據光催化的原理,光觸媒產品也可起到除臭、殺菌、防潮防霉等效果。

UV固化的原理是指物質從低分子轉變為高分子的過程,其中較常用 UV-A紫外光,作用於需紫外光固化的膠粘劑、 塗料、油墨或其它灌封密封劑。在固化中需要控制好強度、 能量和時間,需要多大強度的燈,需要多少能量才能使固化成型,需要多長時間等等
